Data-Handling Needs

This is an initial preference. Documented customer collections use a Data Destruction Selection Form before pickup. Anonymous drop-offs do not require paperwork unless you request it.

Equipment Lists & Documents Optional

Up to 2 PDF, Excel (.xlsx), or CSV files, 3 MB each. Attach an existing equipment list instead of retyping it. Export older .xls files as .xlsx or CSV. Include only information needed for your request; do not send passwords or confidential customer records.

Equipment Photos Optional

Up to 3 JPG, PNG, or WebP photos. Show the equipment or collection area; avoid readable screens, documents, and personal information. Each photo must be 3 MB or smaller.
