Just Dropping Off?

No form or appointment is needed for personal drop-offs Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–5 PM. Call for directions, or check accepted items and drop-off details. Use the form below for business services, documentation needs, or questions.

1. Choose Your Service

Leave blank if flexible. In covered areas, we complete pickups within 3 business days after approval. We will confirm your location qualifies and agree on the pickup date with you.

Street address, unit, and state. You can also share this when we follow up.

2. Your Equipment & Details

Select what you know. Exact counts and model numbers are not needed. Check accepted items.

Use this if you do not have individual counts. If you enter counts above, we use those instead.

This is an initial preference. Documented customer collections use a Data Destruction Selection Form before pickup. Anonymous drop-offs do not require paperwork unless you request it.

For example: 12 laptops and 2 monitors, boxes on the second floor, or a pallet near a loading dock. Include special access or reporting needs. Please do not include passwords or sensitive files.

Up to 2 PDF, Excel (.xlsx), or CSV files, 3 MB each. Attach an existing equipment list instead of retyping it. Use values-only spreadsheets without formulas, links, or embedded content, or an unencrypted PDF without links, forms, or embedded files. Export older .xls files as CSV. Include only information needed for your request; do not send passwords or confidential customer records.

Up to 3 JPG, PNG, or WebP photos. Show the equipment or collection area; avoid readable screens, documents, and personal information. Each photo must be 3 MB or smaller and no more than 12 megapixels. Photos are resized and metadata is removed before delivery.

3. How to Reach You

Our team will review your request and contact you to discuss the details. Delivery and pickup dates are confirmed only after you hear from us. Personal drop-offs need no appointment during opening hours.
